1. Design Services Consultation
Florida Web Center initiates the web development process by creating a custom quotation or proposal for your project. After submitting a quote request an account representative will contact you to discuss your project plans. After the appropriate review has taken place a quotation will be delivered. Upon delivery a date can be arranged to review. Florida Web Center account managers are also graphic designers this aids in discussing project options as it relates to the solution.
2. Project Planning & Scheduling
After the quotation\proposal is accepted a service agreement will be delivered outlining the work to be completed with our terms and policies. Upon accepting a down payment Florida Web Center will assign a team to your project. The design team working on your project will include an Account Manager, Project Manager, and Graphic Designer.
3. Design Phase (Website Layout)
Now that we have an understanding of what types of design elements you are looking for in your new project our professional design team will create a custom design for the specified project. A project manager will notify you of the progress regarding each task.
4. Project Review
After completing the project according to specifications the project manager will schedule a review. in this review the designs will be evaluated to ensure it has been completed according to the specifications and discuss and changes if required. All new suggestions or requests that are outside of the service agreement will be quoted seperately.
5. Product Delivery
After completing the project and accepting final payment the design files will be delivered to be used with other vendors for web, print, and video use. Files are delivered in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign formats. Other formats are available upon request. |
